This Privacy Policy does not cover any information collected by third-party websites or content or applications that may link to or be accessible from or on our website or associated apps.
This Privacy Policy applies to information that we (Caribbean Transit Solutions Inc. and EasyTrak Solutions) collect about you when you use:

Examples of information that are collected automatically include log information such as: web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information.
How We Store Your Information
Dispatch does not use any intermediary servers to connect your device and the GPS tracking server; your device connects directly to the server to fetch and send GPS coordinate information.
We do not store your credentials anywhere else besides in the secure keychain of your device. Your credentials are never transmitted anywhere else besides the GPS server for authentication, phone app and EasyTrak platform and all credentials are hashed and salted upon creation.
How and Why We Use Information
Information you provide
Your email address or your phone number is required to log you into your account in order to use the functionality of our Services. Your name identifies you to your recipients in emails that are sent out using our Services.
Information collected automatically
All information collected automatically is used to operate and improve our Services, as well as to facilitate development decisions.
Access & Data Use
Clients provide us with data that may contain sensitive information, we take the following steps:
- We limit access to that data to only the people who have an absolute need to use it to perform their tasks on behalf of our Clients.
- We will anonymize data whenever possible.
- We use the data only for the specific purposes of running tests, anonymized analytics, studies and reports.
- We do not provide access to or share that data with any unauthorized third party.
- If any employees or contractors leave us, we promptly revoke all access to systems that may contain Client data.
- Encryption in Transit: Data is usually encrypted when it is in transit (transferred from one place to another). This is to prevent others from accessing the data en route. This provides additional levels of security for the information passed.
- Encryption at Rest (EAR): This is a data protection measure that stores data in an encrypted format when it’s at rest (not moving).
Third Parties
Should you choose to use our payment services/ solutions offered, including but not limited to Wire transfers, Stripe and other payment processors, you agree to provide personal information in order to facilitate payment.
Please note that payments engaged on these third party services may have separate and different privacy policies than EasyTrak and be advised that you should read and agree prior to utilising said services on our platform.
